When you try to manually install S1 onto a device and you see Error Code 2009. That means that SentinelOne likely has detected an instance of the agent installed on the machine. To resolve this, do the following:
- Make sure the agent has been authorized for uninstall by the previous S1 tenant
- Go to Program Files, select the SentinelOne folder and use the Shift+Delete key combo to remove it from the system.
- attempt a reinstall of the program using the batch script you copied to the machine.
